Tevan grew up in the real estate industry, as her family owned a brokerage. Now she loves working in the field, helping other people with all their real estate needs! This former basketball player loves to win, and she uses that energy to win for her clients!
Tevan loves helping investor clients doing short-term rentals, long-term rentals, value add, and flips. She has a side business furnishing short-term rentals as well!

A graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management, Rizell spent over six years in the food industry, notably excelling as a Department Manager at McDonald’s, where she led a team of Assistant Managers and oversaw daily operations with precision and care.
Transitioning into the real estate world, Rizell quickly found her passion in creating structure, optimizing systems, and supporting agents to thrive. Her attention to detail, organizational expertise, and people-first mindset make her an integral part of the T&G Homes team, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for both agents and clients alike.

Shannon Poloyapoy – Client Care

Shannon is one of T&G Homes Client Care Administrators who helps create a positive experience for the clients. Shannon is responsible for all communication and documentation involved in each transaction which also includes overseeing the contract-to-close process. Shannon also manages client inquiries, maintains client records and addresses client requests.
Shannon has been working for 7 years as an Administrative Officer and 2 years as a Virtual Assistant. Her experience taught her to be adaptable to all challenging situations and to work well both in a team environment as well as using her own initiative. She loves discovering new places to eat, traveling and spending time with her family.
Jesika Mae De Castro – SMM

Jesika Mae is a social media marketer who is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance our brand’s online presence and drive engagement across various platforms.
She has completed her internship for her college degree as a graphic designer and marketing assistant at RNH Realty & Management Inc. for 4 months. She brings fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to help brands build their online presence and connect with their target audience.
In her free time, she loves watching K-dramas and scrolling through different kinds of social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. She also likes bonding and playing with her dog.
